The Winco SSFP-12NS is a commercial-grade 12" stainless-steel fry pan designed to be the workhorse of any kitchen. Try tri-ply bottom is specially designed to distribute heat evenly ensuring your foods are cooked to perfection every time. This skillet is compatible with all heat sources including gas, electric and induction. Made from heavy-duty 18/8 stainless steel, this fry pan is designed to withstand daily use in restaurants, catering and other commercial foodservice environments. This 12" skillet features the Excalibur® non-stick finish that prevents food from sticking to the pan requiring little to no oil. The Excalibur® non-stick finish bonds directly to the pan creating a non-stick finish that is highly scratch resistant and superior to consumer-grade non-stick coatings. The handle is reinforced and riveted in place for a secure grip and long-lasting durability. A helper handle is located on the opposite side providing additional grip points for a secure hold. A hanging hole in the handle allows this skillet to be hung for convenient storage. Dishwasher safe. NSF listed. Lid sold separately.
