How to Peel Off the Backing Film Easily? Our peel and stick tiles have a strong adhesive to ensure they stay firmly in place once installed. Because of this, the backing film may be tightly attached to the adhesive layer. If you find it hard to remove, please try the following steps: 1️.Bend one corner of the tile slightly to expose the edge of the backing film. 2️. Use your fingernail to lift the corner gently. 3️. Once lifted, peel slowly at a low angle (30–45°) rather than pulling straight up. 4️. If the film still sticks too tightly, warm the tile with a hair dryer for 10–15 seconds — this softens the adhesive layer, making peeling easier. 5️. After removing the film, press the tile firmly on a clean, dry surface. Tip: The strong adhesive is designed for long-term durability — once applied, the tile will not fall off easily.
