In this time-honored decorative technique, a design created by our team of designers in the Vancouver Canada studio is applied by hand in wax and then dipped in glaze. The wax resists the glaze, and the design comes through in the original base color of the ceramic. This application showcases small nuances in the hand-rendered designs, resulting in a statement-making piece with the look and feel of a bespoke original.
